She literally fell onto a fence while walking her dog and had to consciously remind herself to get up and move on not only from the fence, but also the relationship, which was a farce. This is a great piece of advice for trips - the literal and the metaphorical. Your current situation doesn't have to be a permanent residency. For me, I imagine other destinations, but the most difficult part is making and executing a plan to get to there.
